People are the heart of any company. To do this, it is necessary to increase skills and encourage interaction between people with different skills
Coordinate / participate:
We promote local economic development initiatives involving local partners. Plan an activity for 2/3 years, avoiding excessive constraints.
Clear guidelines and protocols of engagement:
the initiatives promoted must have, such as that of having an evident or measurable return in terms of contribution to the economic growth of the territory.
We have created a real widespread and multidisciplinary ecosystem, which makes training, methodologies and projects accessible in different fields.
E4Impact is an initiative launched in 2010 by ALTIS – Graduate School of Business and Society of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, with the objective of training impact entrepreneurs in the developing world to support the start-up and growth of their businesses.
In 2015, E4Impact became a Foundation with the support of Associazione Genesi, Mapei, Webuild, the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and Always Africa Association. Later, Eni, Intesa Sanpaolo, and VueTel joined E4Impact as Corporate Participants and Diana Bracco, Michele Carpinelli and Jean-Sébastien Deacaux as Individual Participants.
The work of the Foundation contributes to the accomplishment of many of the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Goals.
E4Impact portfolio of activities entails:

The Global MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship and the International Certificate in Impact entrepreneurship are entrepreneurship programs offered in collaboration with Università Cattolica and a local university from the host country. These programs guide active and aspiring entrepreneurs to start or scale their businesses, providing them simultaneously with an academic and business acceleration experience.
The first MBA started in Kenya in 2010. Since then, E4Impact has expanded to Ghana, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Ethiopia, Sudan, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Cameroun, Moçambique, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Mali, Tchad and Tunisia. While, in South Africa, E4Impact has launched the International Certificate in Impact Entrepreneurship, after a first experience of this programme in Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The Business Accelerators provide new businesses with training, links with local investors, connections with international companies, seed funding, ICT and satellite communication services and office space.
The Foundation also supports the expansion of European SMEs in Africa. By matching them with reliable local entrepreneurs, E4Impact offers small businesses a low cost, low-risk opportunity to enter the African countries where the MBA is offered.
Finally, E4Impact takes part in multilateral projects, working with international partners to design and implement customized training and consulting programs for different actors
Salesforce skills are in high demand, with over 4M jobs expected to be created in the next 3 years. International research firm IDC estimates that Salesforce and its ecosystem of customers and partners will create over 90,000 new jobs by 2026. A significant number that needs constant nurturing. Also, Italy has a very strong need to create digital skills (technical and functional) both towards small and large organizations’ employees, than towards the world of universities and institutions to leverage the enormous potential of new talents who can enter the ecosystem of the workforce.

TenEnigen is one of leading European Salesforce COE (center of excellence), which offers 360° services for Salesforce job readiness throughout the life cycle of corporate change. Through its Certified technical training, support and Design of Enterprise Salesforce Clients, can provide onboarding and people engagement; acquisition, maintenance and updating of skills through the logic of continuous learning.
An “Exponential Renaissance” project, where digital is promoted as a guide in the training of aspiring future operators in the sector. Guilds42 is a system where the "boys" decide to become "artists", learning techniques, methods and digital strategies from experts in the sector. Massive Trasformative Purpose of this project? Democratize the world's transition to the digital future. Educating people who are starting to see their future as professionals in digital, to work under the guidance of artisans / artists with companies - patrons - who wish to revolutionize their corporate culture.
